Return Policy

For any returns, a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained by calling Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. When applying for authorization, please include data regarding the reason the item is to be returned. All products must be returned to Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. prepaid by the shipper. For your protection, items being returned must be carefully packed to prevent damage in shipment.Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. will not be responsible for damage resulting from careless or insufficient packing or loss in transit.

There is a standard 20% cancellation fee on any order cancelled after receipt of order but prior to shipping. After shipment, upon authorization by,Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. a Return Materials Authorization (RMA#) will be issued and products can be returned for credit or exchange, provided the original purchaser makes the request within 3 weeks of purchase. Returned merchandise must be new and unused. Customer pays all return freight charges and brokerage fees. A restocking fee of 35% will be assessed and a credit will be issued to the original purchaser. Merchandise cannot be returned more than 3 weeks after date of purchase from Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc.

Repairs

If product is under warranty, Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. will repair or replace the returned product (with the same or functionally equivalent product) as expeditiously as possible and practical. Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. will then return the product at its expense via a shipping method (carrier to be at sole discretion of Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc.) equal to or faster than the method used by the shipper. If Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. is unable, within a reasonable time (as defined by Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc.), to repair or replace any product to a condition as warranted, the original purchaser may request in writing a full refund of the original purchase price.

Out-of-warranty products will be repaired at a nominal charge. Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. will return the repaired product at customer expense via a shipping method (carrier to be at sole discretion of Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc.) equal to or faster than the method used by the shipper.

Warranty

All products manufactured by Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. have a Limited One Year Warranty, to be free from significant deviations in materials, workmanship and within the boundaries set forth in this warranty statement. Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. will, at Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc.'s sole discretion, correct the product problem or replace the product.

This warranty shall not apply to product problems resulting from:

Improper application.
Inadequate site maintenance or preparation by the buyer or user.
Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Operation outside of the approved specifications of the product.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness, or adequacy for any particular purpose or use. Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. In no event shall Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits or loss of time) resulting from a failure of an Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. product. In all cases, Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc.'s liability will be limited to the original cost of the Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. product in question. No employee or agent of Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. has the authority to modify the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc.

Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc. reserves the right to make improvements in design, construction, and appearance of products without notice.

Delivery

At Top Stitch Manufacturing Inc., we make everything you order from scratch, especially for you! This means we need a little time to make your product before we ship it off to you. We work hard at getting your products made as quickly as possible and ask that you please allow up to two weeks for production prior to shipping. Thank you.

Taxes / Shipping Policy

All appropriate taxes, shipping and insurance charges are added to the total cost of the order and are the responsibility of the customer. As well, all Customs and Brokerage fee's are the responsibility of the customer. Our checkout area will calculate tax and shipping charges based upon the geographical location set for delivery. Products are typically shipped via mail or courier to Canada and the US. On International orders we will confirm shipping method and rates via e-mail. For goods damaged in shipping we require notification within' 72 hours of delivery so that we can claim with our carriers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.

Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges.

All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
